In Skyrim, where the truly open world adjusts to the player level, you go into a dungeon and find mostly low-level enemies like (common) Draugr, and then the “boss” might me a Draugr Wight. This is exactly my biggest issue with Odyssey, the way they designed leveling. I want to feel overpowered, Kassandra/Deimos is a demigod after all, I can see them limiting your abilities in the beginning, but after 150 hours, I should be able to go all around Greece kicking ass, not die because a civilian hit me with his broom. I friggin wish PS4 had a cheat engine, especially for games like these, I'd like to fuck this game and it's mechanics with 99999999 of all resources, have unlimited health and breeze through it. Piling on the misery, they nerfed the game in the new update, added 22 new sync points that are placed strategically on totally worthless locations, made upgrading your ship to full power a fucking odyssey in itself and reduced the amount of resources you get from loots. Mercenaries gang up on you, they don't burn in fire and rot in poison the same way you do, but hey, if they hit you with one fire arrow, you got 3 seconds to roll or guess what motherfucker, you're dead.Civilians - jeez, I can't have a fight in the middle of a city because somehow the civilians are as powerful as the brutes in this game, kill them and you get a 2 star bounty!.I can't kill guards because that'll get me a bounty, I can't kill bandits because even they'll place a bounty, I can't kill those cannibal looking mofos, because guess what, that'll also lead to a bounty - and you're an assassin FFS.I can't level up and gain ability points fast enough to keep up with side quests that are level capped.I can't upgrade my weapons because they cost a fucking fortune. That's right, that's how frustrating it is to play it! I myself have put in 150+ hours and I'm still on level 70! This probably has become obvious, but if you haven't noticed, every post on this sub begins with "I love this game, I've put in over 120+ hours, great, game but.". Fan of other Ubisoft games?
